Mee Pok Tar

Although I am back in Manchester already, I will still continue to blog about my adventures in Singapore. Today's post is about Mee Pok Tar (see photo above). This is one of my favourite dish too! I've just realised that you can't really see the Mee Pok from the above photo. Anyway it is hidden underneath all the goodies.
I've also order two additional Fried Fish Cakes to go along.

Ferreira-Pinto: it is mainly made up of pork, mushrooms, fish cakes, fish balls, and lettuce.
