Chili Beef

I do not know what to call this dish, but it is mostly made up of beef. The other day I wanted to cook something spicy, and I do not want curry. So this was what I came up with.
- Ingredients:
- Watercress
- Sliced Closed-Up Mushrooms
- Minced Beef
- Scallops
- Chili Bean Sauce
- Sugar
- Garlic

Yummy....it looked so good and delicious. The only time I used watercress was to make watercress soup.

But Alex, how did you do it? I mean what is the method. I like the glossy result of the beef. I mean the whole recipe.

zakka life: Thanks.
It taste good too (in my opinion).
Bonnie Bonsai: Ah... First fry the garlic with a little cooking oil, then add the beef. Stir it for a 1 minute then add the mushrooms and scallops. Keep stirring it until they are almost cook, then add 2 spoons of chili bean sauce and 2 spoons of water. Add a pinch of sugar, and add the watercress. Stir it for another one minute and you are done.
Hope that will explain it.
