Not sure, but it looks European and perhaps this is the Danube. So I will guess, hmmm, Vienna? Or perhaps Budapest?

My guess is somewhere in Europe. I have never been anywhere near the continent but from the photos I saw of the architecture prevalent in that continent, I'd say my guess is on the mark. Now where exactly in Europe you have to spell it out for me.
