How often do you get on a train/bus, thought that a seat is empty, and noticed that someone’s feet is on it? Do you accept this sort of behaviour or is it intolerable? I personally do not agree with it whether the train/bus is full or not. If you really need to put your feet on the seats then at least take off your foot wear. Moreover it is not hygienic. You never know, the next one who sits on that seat may be a baby or a ill patient. Transport companies should take measures on this sort of behaviour.
